What Is The Cause Of Poor Endometrial Thickness Leading To Failure Of IVF?
Dear Doctor,
I have had a failed IVF cycle (ovarian stimulation 450IU gonado 12 days; Endometrial thickness on Embryo transfer day 6mm on day 16) and later a failed IUI (Letroval stimulation; endo thickness 5mm on Day 15.
I had a hysteroscopy and diagnosed with Mycobacterium by PCR, had AKT4 for 2 months suggested by doc.
What shud I do to diagnose the root cause of poor endometrial thickness and increase thickness anf increase chances of concieving.
Age 36; Husband's Sperm count 10 million
