What Is The Cause Of Pregnancy Like Symptoms?

Hello my name is lina, I m 20, I m experiencing crazy things.. Nov I spotted for four days more. I have been experiencing, sore nipples , fuller breasts , light cramps, vivid dreams, headahes, tiredness, hungry, backaches. I took a pregnancy test it showed negative in oct. I m scared to take another. What should I do?

Hallow Lina,

Your apprehension is understandable. However, please understand that the first symptom of pregnancy is missing a period. Usually without missing a period, all other symptoms can show due to many other causes.

Your breast symptoms could be due to too much and/or rough handling of the breasts.

Light cramps, tiredness, backaches, increased hunger is all suggestive of undernutrition. If you will have to improve in your diet. Also get your urine and blood tested for diabetes and thyroid functions. Usually at this age, thyroid dysfunction is commonly seen in girls. Hypothyroidism does cause weird symptoms.

Probably after sorting out the problem of ?Thyroid and nutrition, your vivid dreams problem should be under control. If not, you may have to take a help of counsellor and/or Psychologist.
