What Is The Cause Of Premature Ejaculation?

I am 22 Year old guy. My girlfriend is also 22 year. Whenever I am going to do sex with my girlfriend i ejaculate before penetrating my penis into her vagina. I feel very embarrass and she also complaint for this. We are going to marry in couple of years. Please help
