Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of candidal balanitis, which can present as reddish, small papules. There is associated itching. However, itching is subjective.

f I was the treating doctor I would have asked you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid+antifungal combination cream (clotrimazole+beclomethasone cream), twice daily for a few days.

You should clean the area with just plain water and avoid using soaps, antiseptics etc in that area.

Avoid sexual contact with your partner for a week.

If your partner complains of vaginal discharge or vulval pruritus, treat her as well.

Regards
