What Is The Cause Of Red Spots On Skin?

Hi. I ve been getting random red dots on my skin. Started on my hands then disappears. Today I have some on my left fore arm and calves. They come and go. Sometimes there are several...other times a few. They do not itch. The dots start off small and bright and as hours pass become larger with a lighter center and a light circle around it. They eventually disappear then reappear if a diff spot.

I have gone through your query and it seems to be urticaria. It is an allergic reaction. I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine twice daily for 10 days.
