General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The red spots on the hand and fingers can be related to an allergic reaction. I recommend to use Calamine lotion for local application. I also suggest to be careful and notice the factors that can trigger the rash.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
