What Is The Cause Of Redness And Itching In Vagina?

Around my clitoris my vagina is red and itchy . What could this be? I have also been scratching it a lot seems to be stretching all that skin out too I m scared. And at the very too of my vagina there s like a little scrape where the skin is barely broke open and it burns :( help
