What Is The Cause Of Shock Like Sensation In Arms?

I work twice a week and stand anywhere from 4-9hrs in a day. Recently, I have been noticing that when I reach out with my left arm, I get shock going down from the inside of my arm down to my fingers. It isn't bothersome too much, but it worries me. Any reasonings for what this could be?
