What Is The Cause Of Shoulder Pain And Pain Around My Heart After Bypass Surgery?

I have had hysterectomy in 2000 stopped estradiol 2mg 2 weeks ago because for about 11/2 yrs symtoms have worsened of swelling feet and ankles, felt like whole body swollen, heavy, started having symptoms of shoulder pain and pain around my heart as I have had triple by pass in 2004, very sob. now that I have stopped in two weeks ive gained a few pounds. are otc hormone replacement, or herbs ok. how do I know what to take or do. I am over wt. as it is I cannot afford to gain more wt.. and ive seen that my brain function is not as alert. please help me. e mail address is YYYY@YYYY ............i will have to come back when I put money on my card

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Acute MI in a case of post CABG.I advise you to get an ECG,2D Echo,lipid profile,hsCRP,Troponin-I immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like clopilet,ecosprin,atorvas,anti hypertensives should never be stopped until your doctor advises.I also advise you to get your blood pressure and heart rate monitored regularly.Weight reduction is most important in your case.Exercise regularly for 20 min.Diet rich in fruits,vegetables,oats,barley should be taken.Avoid smoking and alcohol.Consult your cardiologist and cardio thoracic surgeon for expert management.
