What Is The Cause Of Sore Throat And Itchy Bumps On Scalp?

Hi there, I am a 61 year old lady, about 25 lbs overweight, but eat pretty good, I d say. NO smoking or drinking or drugs, ever~! (except smoking in high school) and a bit in my 20 s. Anyway, 3 weeks ago I began to scratch the lower part of my scalp and tiny itchy bumps appeared. Eventually now they are all down my arms and on other parts of my legs, and a few lesions here and there. I do have a mild sore throat and have felt tired off and on, but have never had anything so wierd. Docs say it isn t scabies, or infectious but I am so sore, bleeding from scratching and thoroughly miserable.

Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

it could be due to seborrhea or eczema or utricaria. needs Dermatalogist opinion. if it's allergic one, requires treatment for life time.

all the best, take care.
