What Is The Cause Of Sore Throat Only At Night?

I have had a sore throat, only at night just before bed and in the morning right when I wake up. If I wake up in the middle of the night it hurts really bad to swallow. The pain goes away during the day and I don't notice it. I have no other symptoms.

Hello

Pain at night and early morning is very suggestive of acid reflux from the stomach and you should meet your doctor for dietary advice and prescription of the medications. please dont ignore this as it can cause oesophageal erosions and ulcers which can be very painful.
