What Is The Cause Of Spotting Between Periods And Bleeding After Intercourse?

I have been having spotting between periods,slight bleeding after intercourse,periods were heavy and extremely painful along with acute pelvic pain.So the doctor did laproscopy and have said in report that it is possible case of adenomyosis.Along with that past 1year my esr and crp are high.Recently after a month of laproscopy having e treme weakness and dizziness, pain in lower back,neck,not able to do routine work.could you suggest what should be the next course of action.

hai
you have to rule out pelvic tuberculosis
check your endometrium for tb PCR .
you may need treatment for this.
you can take gnrh agonist to suppress your adenomyosis.
