Your symptoms suggest the possibility of urinary tract infection. During the menstrual cycle, many women may experience frequent urination or other symptoms of urinary tract infection. Antibiotics and antispasmodics can be taken to reduce the symptoms. In case of persisting symptoms, urine culture and sensitivity, vaginal smear and pelvic ultrasound should be done to identify the cause.
