What Is The Cause Of Stretchy Mucus?

I had my period march 19th I know my mucus is very stretchy around day 9 to 11. I've had to possible fathers. Kind of wondering if you can get me a more precise date of conception. Preg test at home confirmed it April 10th. Thanks for your opinion.
