What Is The Cause Of Swelling And Itching Of Vagina?

I just ended with my period few days ago about 2 days before it finished I felt my vagina getting irriated swollen n itchy I was thinking cause the pad. After it ended I got small cuts all over and im recently having discharge also my skin is kinda dry and flakey
