What Is The Cause Of Swelling Inside Wrist Filled With Liquid?

I have these swells on the inside of my wrist, on top of my wrist veins.I dug into them with my fingernail and scratched them and a few moments later, it grew bigger and more plumpier so it made me want to flatten them again. I have these swells on the inside of both of my wrists. Ew! And when I scratch them really hard, some kind of clear liquid come out. What are they?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really understand your concern this could be ganglion cyst, which rarely needs treatment because this goes away with it own, and if it does not go away and start hurting increasing in size then the surgical excision is the only option can be tried, and for that you have to first confirm the diagnosis, take care and have best luck.
