Hello, Over the past 2 days I ve been experiencing a wierd pulsating sensation on my right temple, almost like a twitching sensation. Just had my annual physical this past Sat. BP was 118/78...overall in good shape/health. Your thoughts.......... email add: YYYY@YYYY

hi thanks for asking on HCM, the symptoms you are telling is associated with a condition called temporal arteritis, so its better to consult with your physician as early as possible because you need to be started on corticosteroids before any complication arises.
