What Is The Cause Of Tingling Sensation In Body, could It Be Due To Vitamin Deficiency Or Diabetes?

I get this light tingling feeling all over my body every time I eat anything. Even with fruit and vegetables, and gluten-free foods. The tingling usually starts in my lower legs and thighs, then spreads through the rest of my body- arms, back, face, etc. Sometimes I end up with a stomachache. What could be the cause of this? Could it be related to a vitamin deficiency or some form of diabetes?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Tingling in body can be manifested in conditions like general debility/severe anemia/vitamin b12 defeciensy.
Long standing diabetes results in diabetic neuropathy which also has same symptoms.
The tingling along with pain in stomach can result from psychological tension.
Thanks.
