What Is The Cause Of Twitching And Tremors On Pinky Finger?

I am a 36 year old healthy female. In the last month I have noticed a tremor/twitch in my right pinky. it is not constant but comes and goes throughout the day. Is this something I should be concerned about and can you explain some possible causes? Thanks
