What Is The Cause Of Vomiting And Vertigo?

Yes. My husband is 69. He is having a sudden attack of vomiting, sweating and vertigo. This happened the other day also. The first time we thought it was food poisoning from a restaurant. I had the same meal as he did though and did not get sick. Tonight we went out again and had the same meal again but at a different restaurant. I am now thinking it is unrelated to food poisoning. He gave blood the day the first attack happened.
