What Is The Cause Of Yellow Oozing From The Breasts?

I am 9 weeks 4 days pregnant and yesterday, I noticed yellow "weeping" from both of my areolas.. It is so much that it soaks onto my shirt (i am not able to wear a bra because it is painful). Is this normal? Prior to this, my breasts were extremely itchy.
