What Is The Cause Of Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

I've had an abnormal smear test results which says: CIN 1 in some part worst. Had a colposcopy and 3 biopsy sample taken. Been waiting for results, but i keep having a yellow vaginal discharge.. this is going on for about a month. had antibiotics for 3 weeks, but now has come back.

it does have anything to do with my diagnosis? I'm a bit confused about this all CIN classification and what it actually means.
