What Is The Cause To Increase The Water Level To 24 , Will It Effect To Pregnancy ?
hi, doctor . im 7 mnth pregnancy .(28 wks). I went 2 clinic 2day. doctor said that my water level in water bag is increase to 24. may i know what is the cause& is it effect my baby? this is my second pregnancy and my age 38yrs. im so worried about it. please advise me. my weight 61.5kg. my height is 162cm.

There may be various causes like congenital anomalies, maternal diseases like diabetes,Rh factor and also some unknown causes.It may cause premature rupture,restricted growth and various others.You can talk to your doctor she will give you better care.Follow her instructions appropriately to avoid complications.

Hi,
one of The cause of increased fluid level itself is congenital abnormality in baby.The over stretching of uterus may lead to rupture of membranes .&early delivary.
BUT DONT WORRY.your dr. must have evaluated the fact by sonography &adviced you accordingly.
NOW,it's your duty to follow the instructions &be careful .don't be tense-for the fluid level does come down with the treatment& women do deliver normal babies after such a condition like yours. so-----cheer up!be +ve &be careful.
