From your description you are overweight for your height and you can continue to do the exercises and follow your lifestyle you can try working out more cardio exercises and maybe even start playing sports like badminton which will help you lose weight faster.
The blood pressure is pretty normal and if you follow the lifestyle you are living plus get regular health checkups i think you will have very minimal chances of a CAD relax .
