What Is The Cheesy Smell Coming From My Vagina?

I have a odd cheesy like smell coming from the outside of my vaginal lips.. i went to the doctor and they gave me a cream medicine that i did for 7 days.. it did not work.. and i am in school in a different state so i have to wait 2 weeks to get into an appointment.. no irritation or rashes or burns.. whats going on! i was also tested for diseases, nothing!
