What Is The Chronic Bubbling Sound In My Neck?

I am 29 y/o female. All my life I have noticed that from time to time I have what I can describe a fizzing like sound that comes from my neck or skull base it seems. No pain or other symtoms but no one seems to be able to answer to be where its coming from. What is this? Sounds like bubbles and I have heard that same sound while getting iv fluids and such.
