What Is The Chronic Vaginal Discharge?

I was having issues with vaginal discharge. It got really bad to the point of having to wear pads. I went to the dr and she said all my tests came out negative for anything. Just recently, I have changed my diet and increased my water intake. I have also noticed the discharge has decreased a lot. Could there be a reason for this? Thanks
