My mother is 55yr old. Suffering from eye sight problem since quite some time. Got the eye sight tested recently, and found it to be +2.5. What is the conclusion in its relation to diabetes? What measures are to be taken next?Please do help me.

This problem is not related to diabetes. she is Hy permetropic. She should use the glass as prescribed. Proper sugar control should be done. Fund us examination to asses diabetic retinopathy may be done from time to time.
