What Is The Condition Of My Husband's Sperm?

My husbands sperm analysis ph is 8.4 and says few neutrophils what does that mean ? Also his spark count is 18.2 and morphology is 9 . The motility seems ok, 54 total and 46 immotile, 12 non progressive, 42 progressive . How bad is this ? Can he take my macrobid if infection ?

Based on report of semen analysis of your husband I would state that he has Oligospermia meaning there by that his sperm count is low .

Presence of Neutrophil suggests infection which needs to be treated by taking long term antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily.
