What Is The Condition Of The Baby Based On This Report?

Hi Hello I am 36 weeks 3 days plus pregnant.my ultrasound says there is single intra-uterine gestation with the fetus in the complete breech presentation.the placenta is posterior and clear of the cervix.Cervical length measures 2.9 cm.Fetal measurements corresponds to 37 weeks 2 day plus or minus 2 week gestation.The fetal heart rate is 141 b.p.m.The estimated Fetal weight is in the 77th percentile.Abdominal circumference is in the 66th percentile.There is pelviectasis in both fetal kidneya and the renal pelves measures 8 mmin the anterior posterior dimension. The fetal biophysical profile score 8/8.The cord doppler ratio is normal. Could you please tell me in details how much the baby weighs,height and about kidneys. Thankyou Waiting for the answer

I really appreciate your concern, it can not be predicted exactly neither it is necessary because soon you will find the baby in your hand and that time baby can be waived and it will be ideal weight, second you can go for ultrasonography to clear the doubt for renal function hope this information helps.
