What Is The Constant Abdominal Pain?
Hi, I have had abdominal cramps, like period pains, for 3 days now. My abdomen is painful when I walk, cough, sneeze or do any sudden movements. When I have to go to the loo, it hurts to bear down and empty my bladder, and my abdomen is painful when I empty my bowels. I have no stinging sensation at all. Do I have a bladder infection?

Well come to HCM
This is may not be due to any infection of bladder but this could be colicky abdominal pain some time does not have any specific reason behind this, just wait for some time this would come around, if this does not then you can have the following medicines
1) Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
every would be fine soon take care, have a nice day.
