What Is The Constant Pain In My Elbows And Wrists?

Both my elbows and wrists have extreme aching pains all the time.. this has been for about 3 weeks... Now it has progressed to my whole body aching like this.. to the point it is almost unbareable. I have recently come out of hospital, in recovery from a torn esophigus. Any ideas what's wrong with me?
