What Is The Correct Dosage Of Aziol?

My daughter of 10 yrs and weight 40 kg is suffering from fever 102 F since this morning with some pain in throat. Suspected it maight be viral fever. Doctor has advised paracetamol 500 mg 2BD and Azirol-500 1 OD. Is the Azirol dosage correct?/ Any other medicine can be given?/

HI.
Azirol dose is right for the weight.
I think Paracetamol should be taken- 500 mg at 6 hourly intervals ( 4 times a day)
