What Is The Correct Dosage Of Bevon Syrup For My Children COVID-positive Children Who Have Lost Taste And Smell But Are Otherwise Fine?

Hi doctors, my children both boy 11 and 6 have been diagnosed covid positive. One doctor has advised bevon syrup to them. But I do not know the dose to be given. Both child are not showing taste and smell. Rest of fine. Please advice for further treatment.
