What Is The Correct Procedure For Taking Amoebriz Tablets?

I am about to take amoebriz tablets as I was instructed by my childrens pediatrican.. (one of my kids has worms..we live in mexico) However..don´t know if i should take the two tablets at once? with food or not? can i have a glass of wine later or will this be a bad idea? thanks
