Hello sir.

1.My uncle was diagnosed with HIV yesterday.I want to start his treatment immediately without loosing time.I need to know where i can get best treatment for him(probably in Bangalore / kolkata) .

Yes , you must start your uncle treatment at once after the diagnosis of HIV infection.I want to tell you about the treatment guideline for HIV infection, these are:
The drugs fall into 4 main categories :
1 Those that inhibit the viral reverse transcriptase enzyme.
2 Thos that inhibit the viral protease enzyme.
3 Those that inhibit the viral entry.
4 Those that inhibit the the viral integrase.
All these 4 categories are for medical personal but with the help of these you can supervise your uncle treatment very well.
