What Is The Crawling Sensation And Itching Inside Of Vagina With Frequent Urination?

hi gud evng doctor, I am 27 yrs old and have a daughter of 5yrs old.it was scisserian. from the starting itself while having sex I had pain and a a light smell from vagina after sex. I also used to have burning inside. now from one yr onwards I have recurrent uti. I am on treatment doctor gave me cranpac-d tab,niftas ,placida and roliflo.outside. I am using these medicines since 1 month. the starting was a pain inside vagina and itching with burning sensation and frequent urination of about 8-10 times a day. now after using medicines it has reduced.i referred to many gynaec they scanned inside and outside and said everything was normal.but now still I have pain inside vagina and itches sometimes as if something is crawling inside. my periods are regular but now the flow of blood is there only for 3 days then stops and comes slightly from 5th day and then stops on 7th day. why do I have this pain inside my vagina , what should I do? what is the remedy for this? because of this problem I do not have sex since last 7 months.what is this disease?
