What Is The Cure For A Pus Filled Lump In The Throat ?
hi, i have a fairly large pus filled lump in the back of my throat, to the right hand side near the tonsils. I have been getting nightsweats also and one of my glands on the left hand side of my neck seems to be swollen. any idea what i could do to help reduce these symptoms?

The pus filled lump in the throat can be a peritonsillar abscess secondary to bacterial infection. Nothing to be panic, consult an ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and tinidazole combination(if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
