What Is The Cure For Big Pimples On Face Which Is Filled With Oil?

yes i have had pimp on my face that only seem to pop up on my chin and they are only fill with oil and the are big and hurt i have tried the stuff that has 10% benzoyl in it and it does not work what shuld i do and what are they cant be normal i have had normal pimpols and then i get these wich hurt

Hi,
From history it seems that you might behaving infected acne on your face.
Apply triple acting cream for few days.
Go for one long antibiotic medicine course like Doxycyclne.
Do face wash regularly and frequently.
Take vitamin A, D and E supplements.
Ok and take care.
