What Is The Cure For Breathlessness During Sleep?
Hi/ Dear Doctors.
once in a month i get up from my sleep due to breathlessness- i experience no air coming from my nose or mouth for 3 to 5 seconds. Due to such condition i get nervous and paranoid. I don't know why does it happen and how I can get cure? Please answer. Regards.

yes it's called as sleep apnea
it's very important to get it treated
we need to assess your nose , throat, tonsil , palate and larynx and assess for any obstruction site first
I wil need a polysomnography also
