What Is The Cure For Bumps On Testicle?
I have pimple like bumps on my testicles/scrotum since a long time. at first i ignored them but now they have gotten quiet big. i tried to burst them open - some did and some didnt. a white pus like secretion comes out of them. i am really worried. what should i do? can you suggest any creams for it?

This is a classical finding of multiple sebaceous cysts on the scrotum.
One way is to ignore them , but if they are becoming bigger or cause any problems better to consult a Surgeon and get them removed .
