my eyes really are burning me and i have headaches and the top of my head feels like its on fire like this is getting worse and am actually crying right now and am 16 and i talk on the phone alot for houres i dont know what to do and i do want to go to a doctor

Take paracetamol medicine i stat.
Take plenty of water.
