Hello,
Nice to see your post on HCM.
I have gone through your history which is suggestive of upper respiratory tract infection.
The repeated infection may due to your proneness for cold and allergy. The symptoms may be due to acute infection of pharynx that is why you are having severe throat pain.
I would have advised
1. Mouth gargling with chlorhexidene mouth wash
2. You require Oral Antibiotics for 5 days
3. Oral Analgesics and Antipyretics
4.Use Ear drops to clear off the wax
5.Avoid exposure to cold and having cold items.
These advises will help you out of your symptoms.
Thank you.
