Hello

There can be many reasons for a dry cough
you can be having an infection or mass in your voice box or lower airway
There can be acid or gas problem
there can be an allergy or early asthma.
It is difficult to tell without examining you and i would like you to meet your ent doctor for further advice..
Thanks
