Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

The tiny fold connecting the foreskin to the glans penis is called as frenulum of penis. If it is injured, you have to apply a mild antibiotic cream ( with or without an oral Antibiotic, as per the guidance of the treating physician) for 5-7 days along with a total abstinence from all types of sexual activities for at least a week. Most of the individuals would not abstain from sex during treatment, that will delay the healing. it will heal nicely after a week. Nothing to worry.
If the frenulum is unduly short, then the problem may recur and he may need a circumcision.
Consult your physician,he/she will help you for an early healing.
Wish you get well soon.
