What Is The Cure For High Blood Pressure And Heat Rate?
I have been in the hospital twice this week due to high blood pressure and heat rate. I have been sent home on meds metoprlol tartrate 100 mg and diltiazem hcl 180. My BP still is going up and down. (Anywhere between 130/94 to 199/146 and a heart rate up to 180 s). I have been vomiting-in small amounts in between episodes) I am still experiencing fluctuating BP, and my heart rate now under control. I am still vomiting and feel tightness in chest. Hospital said not to go back to ER, when should we go back to the hospital if BP gets really high again. Should we go to a different hospital
Hello Still your Blood pressure is high ( 130/94 & 199/146 mm of Hg) but main reason of concern is elevated heart rate ( 180 ). Erratic blood pressure with so elevated pulse rate is concerning. You need to investigated with E K G & echocardiogram to isolate the case. I would recommend you visit a CARDIOLOGIST at the earliest 7 sort this problem . Hope this information will help you.
