What Is The Cure For Intermittent Abdominal Pain Of A 12 Year Old?

Hi my son is 12 years old. For the past 2 weeks he has been having on and off abdominal pain. He just started throwing up and the color is yellow. He has not eaten for the past two days. No fever at all. He had blood work and ultrasound done and everything came back normal.

HI.
Since the patient is just 12 years old and he is vomiting, it is better to get admitted to avoid dehydration.
Since blood work and ultrasonography is normal , there are chances that he may be suffering from intestinal obstruction or worm infestation.
Get Standing X-ray abdomen to see for air-fluid levels.
He needs intra-venous antibiotics. To rule out appendicitis and other problems like thickening of the intestines it is better to get one CT scan of the abdomen done .
