What Is The Cure For Peeling Of Skin On The Feet In 77 Yr Old?

the skin on bottoms of my feet [I have diabetes I], age 77, is peeling off in layers, started with blisters, I treated my feet, got those places to stop swelling, weeping, etc. Aftermath is places where skin healed is now peeling in layers. I wear pads on bottoms of each foot where thin, peeling places are. I put antibiotic cream on pads. What else can I do. Thanks
