From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on variuous parts of body.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Take oral anti-fungal tablet like Fluconazole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep locla part clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
