What Is The Cure For Severe Neck And Shoulder Pain Caused Due To Vertebral Damage?

So far i have had an xray and my third and forth virtibrae are slightly damaged. Ive had acupucture,made it worse. My symptoms over the weekend seem to be getting worse. My symptoms are severe neck pain,severe shoulder pain on my right hand side, and my right ear feels as though it wants to pop, as though i am in an aircraft. Pain killers are not working including anti-inflammatories.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of cervical vertebrae damage as is seen on X-ray and pain I'm neck, shoulder and ear.
I would advice you the following:
MRI of cervical spine to know the exact diagnosis.
Clinics evaluation, examination by an Orthopedic Surgeon and second opinion of a Neurosurgeon.
This will give guidelines for further management.
Physiotherapist does help.
Apply collar to stabilize the neck.
Strict bed rest.
You may require surgery if indicated.
